We design and facilitate meetings, retreats, and conferences with intention and care, supporting both content and process. We also offer agenda design and coaching for facilitation teams, including support before key convenings.
Team & Trust-Building Retreats
We facilitate games, activities, and experiential exercises that deepen trust, strengthen relationships, and increase team effectiveness, creating spaces where people can connect, reflect, and collaborate meaningfully. Designed for multicultural and diverse groups.

Lorena has been invited as a speaker at numerous events and meetings and is available for keynote talks, masterclasses, and panel discussions. She engages audiences in unique and meaningful ways, going beyond lectures or workshops. Participants leave inspired and equipped with practical ways to apply what they’ve learned.

Leadership for regeneration
We offer one-on-one leadership support for individuals seeking to build trust-based relationships within their teams while navigating complexity, periods of change, or expansion. This work is grounded in systems thinking, art and playfulness, and practical, action-oriented approaches.
Foundations & Direction (3–4 sessions)
A short-term engagement focused on understanding your current context, clarifying needs and priorities, and developing a realistic action map. The process concludes with a reflective evaluation and clear next steps.
Integration & Practice(6–7 sessions)
A medium-term coaching process that supports sustained reflection and action. Allow yourself to have the time to explore facilitation and refine strategies as your work and responsibilities evolve, concluding with an evaluation and next steps.
Sustained Leadership (10–12 sessions)
Consistent support to strengthen decision-making, leadership presence, and adaptability over time, with continuous integration of reflection and practice.
Ongoing Regenerative Accompaniment (Ongoing)
An open-ended coaching relationship offering long-term accompaniment through regular sessions. This program provides a stable and trusted space for ongoing strategic thinking,project management and leadership support as your context, work, and responsibilities continue to evolve.
